For Accountants & Advisers
When your client needs more than the accounts can tell them
You already know your client’s numbers better than anyone. Sometimes the question they bring you is not an accounting question. Why is a profitable business always short of cash? Should we buy that site? Is one division carrying the others? We answer those questions, independently, and hand the client back to you better informed.
When an introduction makes sense
A client is growing but the profit or cash is not following.
A client faces a major decision: an investment, a restructure, a sale or a succession.
A board or lender wants an independent view of the business.
The business has grown more complex than its reporting.
The client needs options tested and you do not have the time or the mandate to do it.
Why introduce us rather than do it yourself
This work takes weeks of focused analysis and a strategic view across the whole business. It sits alongside the work you already do, adding a focused strategic view when a client needs one. It also helps when a client’s board or lender asks for an outside perspective. Your client gets the answer. You keep the relationship.
What we never do
Accounting, bookkeeping, tax or compliance work.
Audit or assurance.
Financial product or investment advice.
Compete with you for your client’s other work.
How an introduction works
You can introduce a client by email, or ask them to enquire through this website and mention your name. We hold a first conversation with your client at no charge. If you send us information about your client before they engage us, we keep it confidential, and we delete or return it if they decide not to go ahead. The client engages us directly, and the work is confidential to them. If the client agrees, we keep you informed and share the findings with you, so you can support them on what comes next. Starting prices are published, and every engagement has a fixed fee agreed before work begins, so you can give your client a good idea of the cost up front. If you expect to introduce clients regularly, ask us about our referral arrangement.
